Ever since the birth of life, humans have faced limitless
issues. These include fields from basic needs to the biggest wars that
destroyed life, morals, love, freedom and trust. Human generations come and go
but no end comes to these things and the best part of all is that our inner voice
never bothers about it.
Or are we not
listening?
Everyone is in search of peace still the light never glows to
show us the path towards it. When was the last time I stopped and thought about
this? My inner voice hints me every second about these issues but like the
world I have the curtain of lie on my eyes. The truth is visible yet not
recognized.
The reason that comes to me behind all this takes my name and
I simply shut the door in hope that tomorrow this might change.
Every big issue starts from a simple one. Then why not
eliminate it at the start. We have noticed that everyone has some problems in
life grown out of greed, jealousy or competition with their colleagues, friends
and even family members. These issues become problems at later stages when not
tackled initially. Some people have come up with ideas to overcome this by
talking and discussion of issues. Still we are not getting the way out of it.
When someone doesn’t want to discuss things how can we solve
the issue and clear the differences?
There exist a solution to every problem and this one too has
its own way. The “DISCUSSION” is not possible many times because there is a gap
that needs to be filled before it. Whenever we have issues with people the
reason we do not bother to solve them is that realization doesn’t take place
about something is wrong and needs to be corrected. Discussions if even done
cannot be successfully executed because the realization has not happened.
The gap before discussion is filled by a simple formula of “THE
THREE WAY THINKING”. Whenever the issues between two people become
very big there comes a need of a third person to analyze the situation
rationally. This needs to be done prior discussion to solve any issue.
The three way thinking rule says that before any issue is
tackled on ground we should think on it with three perspectives.
·
Firstly
as a person our self to get the idea of what according to us is wrong and ways
it can be corrected. This gives us a clear idea of what actually we wanted and
is missing.
·
Secondly
as a person whom we are opposing. Putting ourselves into the shoes of that
person will get us the answer to most of our questions. Not only this but one
needs to question self about what he could have done as a person sitting on the
opposite chair. If the result that we are coming on and the present situations
are same then there is no further existence of issue.
·
Still
if the issue exists then we need to think as a third party rationally to get
the proper solution to our problem.
All the above steps have their own advantages.
The first step gives us clarity.
The second stage is about self
confidence on what we are standing for. The last stage gives us the final solution to our problem before we
go for further discussion.
The three way thinking is not an easy one to implement
because we require change in our thinking which needs time to get into head.
The easiest way to modify thinking as above is by going one step at a time.
Begin with the first one and start getting clarity about your
own thoughts. Then try getting into the head of other person and analyze the
issue. The last step is quite easy to achieve if we start thinking in a two way
manner.
There is always an open room for discussion no matter what in
solving issues. But if we start changing our angle of looking into situation
that will end the issues easily and forever.

THE CHANGE TODAY FOR A BETTER TOMORROW.
