THE HIDDEN HAPPINESS

Since the birth of human civilization we have one unanswered question that every great person has thought upon and have given many different indirect answers about. Everyone has tried their own path to find the answer to that one question. People left their normal lives and went on to find out about the happiness rule. What is that thing which will give us the ultimate happiness?
Is it our work! , Is it the greatest achievement that we want, or is it our wealth?

What is that thing which gives us happiness?

So much has been written and yet much is left to be discovered on this. Throughout our life we work hard to achieve the goal. This goal goes on changing as our life passes. When we are kids our goal is to get good marks in class. Again a litter further we think of getting marks because we need good college. After admission into a good college we go behind getting a good job. The day of the job interview arrives soon and we get our dream job. Still the hunt goes on and on until we reach the bed for ultimate sleep.

But for an instance just think why actually were we behind our goals?

As a child everybody dreams of being happy. But everyone had their own definition of being happy. Let me share with you my definition of happiness.
When I was a kid I use to think of a house where all automatic machines will do my work and I will be free for playing cricket anytime of the day. My dream was to eat chocolates whole day and go for playing anytime I wanted without any restrictions. Isn’t a weird one. If I myself think about this today it looks like how dumb I was.

Everyone as a kid had a dream and started working to achieve it because we wanted to be happy. The world said if you want to achieve something in life do your studies seriously, get a good job, get a good status in the society, then you will be happy. But is this the real happiness that we were after? Not really. Our search for happiness has stuck in a very complicated process.

Does being happy really requires a whole life?

The happiness rule that we have talked about simplifies whole thing.

It simply says that you do not need any reason to be happy. Just go in a garden and stretch your bodies with a long breathe you will feel happiness. Where actually happiness is?

It’s in us. When someone smiles because of you it’s worth being happy. When we complete a lesson of our textbook its worth being happy. When we complete a work it’s worth being happy. When we save a roadside animal its worth being happy. When you help someone it’s worth being happy. And ultimately when you are happy it’s worth being happy.

Isn’t this simple. The next time you can smile without a reason because it needs no reason.  The ultimate reality of life is that you are alive and that is the biggest reason to be happy. The next time if you need a reason to be happy just be happy because you are alive.

The simplest way to get happiness is by giving others happiness.

Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.

Is the world getting educated?

With the ever changing world our need for educated people has gone up. Even the percentage of educated people also has taken a hike. Today every organization wants to hire the best people for better business. No matter what, they just need the best out of those billions.

But still there is a question

ARE WE REALLY GETTING EDUCATED?

“The answer is known to everybody” we will get that in the end. Before that let’s understand the focus of the topic ‘Education’.

It is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits.

According to Wikipedia and it is true. But are we really getting all the mentioned things.
Upon analyzing the whole definition by individual parts we get that learning is done. We also acquire knowledge. Skills are also improved. What about values, beliefs, and habits? In the past learners use to get all of these but today we lag behind in these areas. If we channelize what one should get from education into a fewer points that will make it easy to understand the missing three parameters.
   1.     An educated person should be knowledgeable.
   2.     Person should be confident.
   3.     Should be self-discipline.
   4.     Well behaved.
   5.     Socially interactive (when necessary).
   6.     Must know to enjoy life.
   7.     Lifelong learner.
   8.     Should know to care.
   9.     Must have wisdom.
  10.  Have the fire of never giving up in life.

Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.

Most of the qualities are based on those last three i.e., values, beliefs, and habits. After getting a fascinating degree everyone thinks of a nice job then about the promotions after that a luxurious life and retirement.

For really achieving an educated world we have to take everybody with us whether it is poor, rich, sportsman, common man, men and women. We can make this world a better place ‘together’ only. Our generation has taken a step ahead for achieving this but we need a faster improvement and that is only possible if we move together. The non uniform education levels that we have in the world needs to be removed and that is the only possible way to achieve peace and real independence.

COMING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING;
KEEPING TOGETHER IS PROGRESS;
WORKING TOGETHER IS SUCCESS.

The Beauty Of Failure

Since childhood everyone grew up listening “Failure is the first step towards success “.But the dilemma is that most of the people including great personalities never understood this concept. Those people thought

If failure is the first step towards success then
Why am I anxious after failing?
Why continuously failure comes my way?

Why am I not successful after so many defeats?

The answer to these questions led them to their success path. So what’s that factor which makes them different?

It’s the treasure hidden inside “FAILURE”. Yes! The treasure that’s visible to them but not to those who give-up. Those people enjoy their failure because they look at it as an opportunity for improvement.

Suppose if you clear a game stage without learning the appropriate techniques that can help you in next stages then what’s the use of clearing that stage. “Failure brings urge to win” in a person and that is the most important thing for winning.

If we try to look at the positive changes that failure can brings in a person then everybody will love it.
   1)    Failure can be our inspiration to work hard.
   2)    It can bring the best out of us.
   3)    Make us realize the value of success.
   4)    Opportunity to improve our mistakes.
   5)    Helps in self-realization.
   6)    Increase our experience.
   7)    Broadens thinking.
   8)    Our innovation levels are increased.
   9)    Life becomes a bit challenging and this is what makes it interesting.
 10) Teaches you to be happy in others win.

What a big list. Isn’t it? If failure can bring this many changes in a person’s life then why be afraid of it.

“Learn to enjoy failure”

Doing anything with the fear of failure never brings success. This is what we need to change in our thinking.

“The universe has infinity to give but it depends on us what we think we deserve.”

Let’s change the quote "Failure is the first step towards success" and make it

SUCCESS IS NOTHING WITHOUT FAILIURE
