THE HIDDEN HAPPINESS

Since the birth of human civilization we have one unanswered question that every great person has thought upon and have given many different indirect answers about. Everyone has tried their own path to find the answer to that one question. People left their normal lives and went on to find out about the happiness rule. What is that thing which will give us the ultimate happiness?
Is it our work! , Is it the greatest achievement that we want, or is it our wealth?

What is that thing which gives us happiness?

So much has been written and yet much is left to be discovered on this. Throughout our life we work hard to achieve the goal. This goal goes on changing as our life passes. When we are kids our goal is to get good marks in class. Again a litter further we think of getting marks because we need good college. After admission into a good college we go behind getting a good job. The day of the job interview arrives soon and we get our dream job. Still the hunt goes on and on until we reach the bed for ultimate sleep.

But for an instance just think why actually were we behind our goals?

As a child everybody dreams of being happy. But everyone had their own definition of being happy. Let me share with you my definition of happiness.
When I was a kid I use to think of a house where all automatic machines will do my work and I will be free for playing cricket anytime of the day. My dream was to eat chocolates whole day and go for playing anytime I wanted without any restrictions. Isn’t a weird one. If I myself think about this today it looks like how dumb I was.

Everyone as a kid had a dream and started working to achieve it because we wanted to be happy. The world said if you want to achieve something in life do your studies seriously, get a good job, get a good status in the society, then you will be happy. But is this the real happiness that we were after? Not really. Our search for happiness has stuck in a very complicated process.

Does being happy really requires a whole life?

The happiness rule that we have talked about simplifies whole thing.

It simply says that you do not need any reason to be happy. Just go in a garden and stretch your bodies with a long breathe you will feel happiness. Where actually happiness is?

It’s in us. When someone smiles because of you it’s worth being happy. When we complete a lesson of our textbook its worth being happy. When we complete a work it’s worth being happy. When we save a roadside animal its worth being happy. When you help someone it’s worth being happy. And ultimately when you are happy it’s worth being happy.

Isn’t this simple. The next time you can smile without a reason because it needs no reason.  The ultimate reality of life is that you are alive and that is the biggest reason to be happy. The next time if you need a reason to be happy just be happy because you are alive.

The simplest way to get happiness is by giving others happiness.

Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.
